· Fully furnished, 185 sq. ft. private office

· Comfortable waiting area & tea station for clients

· Full kitchen and outdoor patio (staff use)

· Weekly cleaning and Wi-Fi included

The Location & Atmosphere:

· Centrally located—just east of the core without the downtown congestion

· Plenty of free street parking for clients

· Available parking for clinician

Availability: 

Minimum of 2 full days per week, Mondays & Tuesdays ($700) (Potential for 3-4 days if interested) 4 to 6-month commitment
